NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING OF THE MISSISSIPPI HOME CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Chairman of the Mississippi Home Corporation (“MHC”) has called a Special Board Meeting of the MHC Board of Directors. On November 30, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. the MHC Board of Directors will meet at the MHC corporate offices (735 Riverside Drive, Jackson, MS 39202) and by conference call to consider the Sale and Issuance of not to exceed $80,000,000 of Convertible Option Bonds, not to exceed $20,000,000 of Mortgage Revenue Bonds and not to exceed $20,000,000 of Refunding Bonds.
