Mississippi Home Corporation Sets Public Input Meeting &
30-Day Public Comment Period on the Substantial Amendments to Mississippi’s
FY2021, FY2022, and FY 2023 Annual Action Plans
Jackson, Mississippi – The Mississippi Home Corporation (MHC) will hold a Public Input Meeting to obtain input on the following Amendments to the Housing Trust Fund within the following documents for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development:
- FY2021 – projects deleted added, budget changes etc.
- FY2022 – projects deleted added, budget changes etc.
- FY2023 – projects deleted added, budget changes etc.
Proposed changes include:
- To remove the $1,500,000 per project maximum award amount limit.
- To add the maximum award amount per project to be based on the Maximum Per Unit Subsidy Limits.
The Public Input Meeting will be held at the corporate offices of the Mississippi Home Corporation at 735 Riverside Drive, Jackson Mississippi on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
Citizens, local officials, nonprofit organizations, stakeholders, and community groups are invited and encouraged to participate. The meeting is accessible to all persons with disabilities.
