The Mississippi Home Corporation (MHC) Board of Directors approved the release of the proposed Allocation of Funds and Guidelines for Scoring for housing components in the 2021 Annual Action Plan (AAP). The AAP is the annual implementation of the Five-Year Consolidated Plan for the US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Formula Grant Programs.
