How to Become A Participating Lender

Thank you for your interest in participating in Mississippi Home Corporation’s (MHC) Single-Family programs. Each of MHC’s programs requires documentation that must be approved before participation. Below you will find the necessary documentation needed for participation in each of our programs. All Loan Originators must be licensed in Mississippi. Please upload your signed agreements to MHC using the button below. E-Signatures are acceptable.

For Participation in the Mortgage Revenue Bond Program

The following Origination Agreement and a copy of your audited financials are required to participate in the Mortgage Revenue Bond (MRB) program. The products which are covered by this agreement include Easy8, Trusty10, JustRate, Smart6 and DPA14.

Please upload your completed origination agreement (without Appendix A) signed by both you and your servicer, along with your Audited Financials below. You will receive the final agreement signed by MHC upon approval.

For Participation in the Mortgage Credit Certificate Program

The Mortgage Credit Certificate Program requires a separate document for participation.

For Participation in the Housing Assistance For Teachers Program

• No documentation is required for program participation.
• The lender must just ask to be placed on the approved lender list and participate in a webinar training.
