Notice of Funds Availability

Mississippi Home Corporation announces a Notice of Funds Availability for the following programs: Home Investment Partnerships (HOME); National Housing Trust Fund (HTF).
MHC expects to allocate approximately $3,830,548 in HOME Rental Set-Aside Funds, and $3,610,816 under HTF. HOME Rental can be used for construction or preservation of rental housing. HTF can be used to construct or preserve rental housing.
HOME and HTF are intended to leverage other affordable housing funds to maximize the impact of these programs for the development of affordable housing. For-Profit and Non-Profit applicants with experience in developing and preserving affordable housing for extremely low and low-income individuals are eligible to apply.

Applications for federal programs must be submitted online via www.mshomecorp.com on or before June 25, 2021, by 4:00 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted. The list of applicants awarded funds will be published on MHC’s website and all applicants will be notified by letter. The 2021 Application Guide, the 2021 Allocation Plan, applications, and forms necessary to file an application may be downloaded from the MHC’s Web page at www.mshomecorp.com.
