MHC is issuing Bulletin #24-002 to announce the issuance of the HOME-ARP Application Income & Expenses Statement spreadsheet (attachment).
There is an error on the HOME-ARP online application that is causing the Income and Expenses totals to not be calculated. Since the online application cannot be edited after it is opened to the public, MHC has created an Excel version of the Income & Expenses Statement. Applicants must complete the Excel version of the statement and upload it under the “Miscellaneous” section of the HOME-ARP online application.
