Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) provides annual performance reporting on outputs and outcomes that enable an assessment of grantee performance in achieving the federal programs outcome measure.
The CAPER fulfils statutory and regulatory program reporting requirements and provides the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) with the necessary information to assess the overall program performance and accomplishments against the State’s planned goals and objectives.
Mississippi Home Corporation (MHC) is responsible for administering and responsible for submitting the CAPER reporting accomplishments of the following programs:
- Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program
- National Housing Trust Fund (HTF)
- Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program
- Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Program
The CAPER is submitted to HUD on an annual basis for approval and to comply with federal requirements for the State of Mississippi.
