The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from qualified and licensed Roofing Contractors (each an “Offeror” or, collectively, “Offerors”) to furnish roofing materials, labor, and warranties to MHC as identified in the “Services to be Performed” section of this request.
