Contractor Information Sessions scheduled for Homeowner Rehabilitation/Reconstruction
Residential Contractors interested in bidding opportunities with the State of Mississippi’s HOME Homeowner Rehabilitation/Reconstruction Program for funds awarded through the 2016 application cycle must attend one of the mandatory Contractor’s Information Sessions as indicated below:

Construction activities will take place in the following areas: Eupora, Greenwood, Leflore County, Lincoln County, Madison County, Pickens, Schlater, Sledge, Utica, Vicksburg, and Winona.
Contractor Requirements/Eligibility
1 – Mississippi Residential Builders License (Rehabilitation Licenses only NOT ACCEPTED)
2 – Current Workmen’s Compensation Insurance
3 – Current Financial Statement
4 – Two Letters of Credit – (one from supplier and one from financial institution)
5 – Currently not debarred, suspended, licensed revoked, or on Limited Denial Participation list 6 – Registered at www.sam.gov in good standing
