| Waiver Requests / Prior Approval Deadline | February 7, 2020 |
| MHC’s Written Response to Waiver Requests | February 21, 2020 |
| Evidence of Compliance with Community Notification due to MHC | March 6, 2020 |
| Technical Assistance Period Closes | March 18, 2020 (4:00 PM CST) |
| Application Cycle Opens | March 23, 2020 |
| Application Cycle Closes | March 27, 2020 (4:00 PM CST) |
- 2020 HTC Point Layer data (QCT/DDA, Qualified Zip Codes, Overconcentration Zip Code, etc.) applicable to the 2020 cycle will be available on the MHC website beginning Thursday, November 21,
- Projects located in an Opportunity Zone (all zones) can still qualify for Site Location points in the 2020 Tax Credit Cycle. All other Opportunity Zones Cycle amendment items listed in Program Bulletin #19-001 are not applicable to the upcoming
